Upcoming Events

The SOA will hold special events between October 2021 and November 2022 in eighteen cities across the country, hosted by BYU SOA Alumni. We hope to involve as many alumni as possible to connect and celebrate all those who have been part of making the SOA such an amazing program. We also invite you to a culminating event being held July 2022 in Provo.

To celebrate 100 years, we want to hear 100 years worth of SOA stories. The SOA has given each of us unique experiences to help us learn and grow, and we want to hear yours. Visit the Centennial website to hear the stories of other alumni, then share your own. We can’t wait to learn about your experience in the SOA.

The Centennial Celebration has four themes that everything will revolve around: service, unity, legacy, and achievement. Each month during the celebration, we will focus on one of these four themes and the role it has had in the SOA.

We are so excited to introduce the BYU School of Accountancy’s Centennial Celebration!

Since the department’s creation in 1921, the School of Accountancy has grown into one of the top accounting programs in the nation. We celebrate looking back and remembering 100 years of achievement, unity, service, and legacy. To recognize all that we have accomplished in the past century, we are celebrating with this historical event. We can’t wait to celebrate with you!
